PLEX Automatic - Refund Policy

All PLEX Automatic Watches come with a Hardware Warranty. This only covers manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. 

We appreciate you selecting PLEX AUTOMATIC! We want your use of our goods and services to go as smoothly as possible.

 Review the following Refund Policy:

 Refund Period

PLEX Automatic refunds are available from us within 30 days of your purchase. Requests for refunds submitted later than thirty days will not be handled.

Acceptance of PLEX Automatic Refunds

·          The item needs to be unopened and in the same state as when it was delivered.

·          The original package is required.

·          You must have a receipt or other evidence of purchase.

·          No refunds are available for sale items; only regular-priced items qualify.

·          You will be refunded the full amount of the item purchased.

Exchanges:

Only faulty or damaged items qualify for a full replacement within 30 days of the purchase date or if you experience any hardware defects within the 1-year Warranty Period. 

(Please note warranties can only be proved by the display of the corresponding warranty card that has the Model Type, Serial Number, and Seller Details, and must still be within the valid date).

 Items Exempt from Duty

 Refunds are not available for the following items:

·          Cards for gifts

·          Specific medical and personal care products

Refunds in Part

 Refunds in part may not be given for the following:

 ·          Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition and are not the result of our error.

·          Goods returned after delivery by more than 30 days.

·          Refund Processing: We will email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied after receiving and reviewing your return.

·          Should your refund be authorized, it will be handled automatically and credited to your original payment method.

 Untimely or Absent Refunds

 Check your bank account first if your refund hasn't arrived yet. Then get in touch with your credit card company because processing can take a while.

Depending on where you live, swapped product delivery times can fluctuate.

 We cannot ensure that your returned item will be received unless you add parcel tracking.
